Bajaj Finance Limited is hiring a Manager – Legal with experience of 3+ years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft written statements, miscellaneous applications, replies, compilations, and police complaints.
- Draft replies to notices received from advocates, law enforcement agencies, and statutory or regulatory bodies.
- Retrieve required details and data for drafting legal documents and complaints.
- Maintain MIS of all litigation against the company, senior management, and officers.
- Follow up with advocates and legal officers on a case-to-case basis.
- Ensure timely processing of advocate and vendor bills.
- Maintain contingent liability data.
- Maintain records for compliance and audit purposes.
- Handle IPR matters including trademark opposition applications, trademark registration, copyright applications, and police complaints against trademark infringement.
Eligibility
- 3 years or 5 years integrated LLB degree.
- At least 3 years of overall experience.
- Experience in handling consumer, civil, criminal, and insolvency litigation matters.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
