Details of the Job/Internship
Bajaj Finance Limited is hiring a legal professional with 3 or more years of experience to join its litigation team in Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft written statements, miscellaneous applications, replies, compilations, and police complaints.
- Draft replies to notices received from advocates, law enforcement agencies, and statutory or regulatory authorities.
- Retrieve and collate required information for drafting legal documents and complaints.
- Maintain MIS for all litigation involving the company, senior management, and officers.
- Follow up on cases with advocates and legal officers on a regular basis.
- Ensure timely processing of advocate and vendor bills.
- Maintain contingent liability data and compliance records for audit purposes.
- Handle IPR matters, including trademark and domain issues, oppositions, registrations, copyright applications, and police complaints for trademark infringement.
Eligibility
- Must hold a 3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of overall legal experience.
- Experience in handling consumer, civil, criminal, and insolvency litigation.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet usage.
