Details of the Job/Internship

Bajaj Finserv is hiring a Manager – Legal with experience of 8–10 years to join their office in Pune Division.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify lapses in business and operational functions for legal and compliance issues.
• Ensure legal and regulatory requirements are reflected in documentation, procedures, and processes.
• Review and update standard documentation to address deficiencies.
• Plan, execute, and report audits.
• Provide practical and value-added solutions to identified issues.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations.
• Handle complaints and disputes and coordinate with respective teams for resolution.
• Travel at short notice to support the work environment of the company.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary.
• Law graduate will be an added advantage.
• 8 to 10 years of total PQE, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the banking and financial industry.
• Experience with reputed banks or financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
