Dot & Key Skincare is hiring a Manager – Legal with experience of 8–10 years to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with customers, vendors, and partners while aligning with laws and internal policies.
- Managing pre-litigation and litigation matters, including drafting legal notices, responses, and handling arbitrations and court proceedings.
- Advising on compliance with Legal Metrology, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, ASCI guidelines, Consumer Protection Act and Rules, and other applicable laws.
- Providing legal guidance on daily operations, IP rights, and commercial issues.
- Maintaining legal records, dispute trackers, contracting MIS, reporting decks, and compliance trackers.
- Managing additional legal initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Advising and collaborating with senior business and functional stakeholders under the guidance of the group’s legal counsel.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a premier law school or university in India.
- 8–10 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience in disputes management, contract drafting and negotiation, compliance advisory, IP management, and legal advisory.
