Fidelity Investments is hiring a Manager – Legal to join their office in Bengaluru (EGL), advising on legal aspects of business operations in alignment with global standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on procurement, including due diligence, contract drafting, execution, and compliance.
- Advise on statutory compliances relevant to business operations.
- Conduct legal due diligence and review agreements related to real estate projects.
- Provide HR-related legal advisory.
- Conduct general legal research and provide operational advisory.
- Collaborate with global legal teams to ensure alignment with Fidelity’s global legal standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws/Master of Laws degree.
- 10+ years of work experience in a legal role.
- Experience in litigation and working in a comparable MNC is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to assess and manage legal and regulatory risks.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of managing competing deadlines.
- Leadership qualities and ability to influence key stakeholders.
