Details of the Job/Internship

Frost & Sullivan is hiring a Manager, Legal with 5–6 years of experience to support its operations across the Middle East and South Asia (MESA) region. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review standard templates for client, vendor, and independent contractor (IC) agreements.
• Review and vet contracts specifically for jurisdictional requirements across the MESA region.
• Provide timely legal advice to Sales and Operations teams on supplier codes of conduct and NDAs.
• Examine and validate corporate insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and compliance.
• Maintain an organized repository of executed contracts, tracking renewals, expirations, and amendments.
• Coordinate with internal finance and sales stakeholders to initiate contract renewal discussions.
• Support the implementation of risk management practices and global compliance frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to automate contract management processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5–6 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or a reputed law firm.
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation across multiple jurisdictions (MESA region preference).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• High level of integrity and the ability to work independently with remote supervision.
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
