Inventia Healthcare Limited is hiring a Manager – Legal (Commercial Legal Contracts) with 6–10 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial and legal contracts, including Confidentiality Agreements, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Loan License Agreements, and Development Agreements.
• Handle contracts independently from initiation to finalization.
• Provide legal support for ongoing contract management activities.
• Work closely with business development teams and coordinate with the legal department on commercial agreements.
• Submit periodic reports on ongoing agreements.
• Operate legal software (CLM tool), generate reports, and manage filing work.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry contracts is mandatory.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary/Stipend
