Details of the Job/Internship

Khazana Jewellery Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager Legal with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience to join its office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft contracts including business agreements, lease deeds, and other legal documents.
• Handle trademark matters, including protecting and defending trademark infringement and other IPR issues.
• Manage consumer cases, including preparing replies and defending matters before the respective judicial or quasi-judicial forums.
• Handle litigations and court procedures related to the company’s day-to-day affairs.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognised college under the regular stream of a 5-year course or a 3-year BL/LLB with graduation.
• Post-qualification experience of not less than 7 to 10 years in a medium or large organisation or law firm.
• Candidate should be willing to travel to retail stores across South India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
