Role and Responsibilities

• Draft contracts including business agreements and lease deeds.
• Handle trademark protection and infringement matters.
• Manage intellectual property-related issues.
• Handle consumer case replies and represent before forums.
• Manage litigation and court procedures.
• Oversee legal matters related to daily business operations.

Eligibility

• Law degree (3-year or 5-year LLB) from a recognised college.
• 7–10 years of post-qualification experience in a medium or large organisation or law firm.

Salary/Stipend
