Details of the Job/Internship
Lupin Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Manager – Legal with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its legal team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor, update, and manage lead trackers from distributors, customers, and authorities.
- Communicate with licensing authorities and police, including filing FIRs when required.
- Liaise with regulators, pharmaceutical associations, and law enforcement agencies.
- Coordinate enforcement actions with internal teams and external consultants.
- Work closely with legal, packaging, distribution, marketing, and sales teams.
- Conduct risk assessments across supply chains and distribution networks.
- Identify, onboard, and manage investigation agencies across India.
- Assess investigation reports and evidence and obtain necessary approvals.
- Initiate civil or criminal proceedings when advised.
- Monitor adoption of brand protection technologies such as track-and-trace systems.
- Provide guidance and training as required.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to senior management.
Eligibility
- LLB with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Pharmaceutical sector experience is preferred.
- Exposure to litigation management is an added advantage.
- Postgraduate degree in Law.
