Details of the Job/Internship
Razorpay is hiring a Manager-Legal with experience of 7 to 9 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- 7-9 years of post-qualification experience in a Law Firm/Fintech/ Bank. Experience in fintech, employment matters, data protection, general corporate, product advisory & end-to-end contract negotiation is required.
- Strong communication and drafting skills in English.
- Managing team members and people management skills.
- Demonstrable understanding and experience in laws related to fintech, employment and data protection.
- Ability to independently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as may be necessary.
- Skills to keep track of legal expenses and promptly notify seniors.
- Expertise in maintaining and periodically updating MIS trackers.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Passion to analyse legal aspects of new products related to fintech space.
- Ability to provide timely support as a team member on a wide array of regulatory projects.
- Willingness to identify and take up new tasks and be a team player.
- Fluency in MS Office and related tools.
