Transrail Lighting Limited is hiring a Manager/Legal to oversee all legal matters of the company from their Mumbai office. The role involves preparing legal documents, advising on legal issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and managing legal affairs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Handling legal disputes.
• Providing legal counsel to various departments.
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
• Managing overall legal affairs of the company.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or LLM.
• Expertise in law and legal affairs.
• Experience in legal document preparation.
• Proficiency in legal consulting.
• Strong understanding of legal compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in the power transmission and distribution industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Salary/Stipend
