Details of the Job/Internship
UnitedLex India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Manager with over 3 years of experience to join their Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify anomalies in pre-NL checks and coordinate with the review team.
- Prepare notification lists and handoff tables as per client templates.
- Develop and document legal and operational processes.
- Manage overall performance, quality, and delivery of assigned teams and projects.
- Handle 2–3 projects concurrently while meeting performance metrics.
- Conduct performance evaluations, training, and career pathing for team members.
- Communicate proactively with clients and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Set team goals and monitor productivity, utilization, and quality.
- Generate and share management reports related to performance and efficiency.
- Upskill, train, and engage team members, providing feedback and conducting regular one-on-one sessions.
- Perform QC/QA checks and liaise with other departments as needed.
Eligibility
- Graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in LPO or Legal Services, including 4+ years in people management.
- Experience in project planning, scoping, cost estimation, and budgeting.
- Strong understanding of eDiscovery workflows and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power Query, or Python.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to process changes.
- Experience in Data Breach Response or Incident Response preferred.
- Knowledge of breach notification and privacy laws is desirable.
