Details of the Job/Internship
CoinDCX is hiring a Legal Operations Associate with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage debit freeze and lien-related legal requests, ensuring timely account unfreezing.
- Handle litigation matters end to end, including coordination with external counsel and tracking hearings and filings.
- Execute legal processes for regulatory data and information requests from law enforcement agencies.
- Oversee the intake, classification, and response to legal notices within defined timelines.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to legal and compliance workflows.
- Ensure strict execution of SOPs related to lien marking and debit freeze actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and case status updates for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Compliance, Customer Operations, and Finance.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in litigation, legal operations, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication, organisational, and process management skills.
- High attention to detail and comfort with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools.
- Interest in Web3, VDA, and emerging technology sectors.
