Empower is hiring a Manager Partner Advocate with 8–10 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- · Establish operational objectives and work plans.
- · Delegate assignments to subordinates.
- · Develop, modify, and implement policies and procedures.
- · Serve as the first escalation point for issues or activities.
- · Manage and oversee Partner Advocates with a focus on business plans and corporate goals.
- · Collaborate with internal departments to deliver solutions for Advisor or Partner needs.
- · Provide relationship management expertise for assigned plans within the territory.
- · Handle plan review and design, pricing, product placement, and participant education coordination.
- · Assist the Director with special projects, training, development, process improvement, and issue escalation.
- · Work closely with the Director and PA Managers in a leadership capacity.
- · Demonstrate the ability to solve complex service issues and collaborate on solutions.
- · Provide creative problem-solving support for Advisors, Partners, plan sponsors, and internal staff.
- · Assess staffing needs, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
- · Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff issues as per company policies.
- · Participate in compensation decisions during year-end reviews and take disciplinary actions when necessary.
- · Manage career development and coaching for staff.
- · Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
- · Deliver continuous feedback on work quality and support improvement initiatives.
- · Ensure team performance meets departmental goals, quality targets, and service expectations.
- · Monitor reconciler statistics to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- · Prepare performance reports, including monthly management reports.
- · Resolve escalated or complex issues with minimal supervision.
- · Build strong business partner relationships to drive enterprise results and advisor satisfaction.
- · Perform other duties as assigned.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 8–10 years of experience. Knowledge of retirement plan recordkeeping preferred.
Salary/Stipend
Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
