Details of the Job/Internship

IQ-EQ is hiring a Manager – Regulatory & Compliance with 7–10 years of experience to join their Advisory Services team in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review fund-related legal and financial documents such as Prospectuses and Limited Partnership Agreements.
• Conduct virtual assessments and document discussions with fund managers.
• Draft detailed reports (20–40 pages) summarizing operational due diligence findings.
• Assist in developing and documenting policies, procedures, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, or Finance.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in due diligence, compliance, consulting, or accounting, preferably in the alternative investment industry.
• Familiarity with operational due diligence standards, internal controls, and investment regulations.
• Strong PowerPoint and MS Office skills; Visio knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
• PMP certification and experience with ODD systems are desirable.
• Must provide a redacted writing sample.
