Medanta – The Medicity is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet appeals, legal documents, deeds, agreements, and legal notices.
• Prepare lawsuits, written statements, miscellaneous applications, and replies filed in courts.
• Conduct due diligence, provide legal consultancy, and handle other legal matters.
• Handle matters related to criminal and civil cases.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely legal services to senior management regarding litigation and business issues.
• Assess legal issues and deliver professional outcomes while adhering to strict guidelines.
• Select and supervise external counsel and manage litigation and legal risks.
• Liaise with external consultants and law firms on routine matters.

Salary/Stipend
