Details of the Job/Internship

Amicus Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Senior Transfer Pricing Professional with 4+ years of experience to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transfer pricing documentation, including Master File and Local File.
• Provide strategic transfer pricing advisory services to clients.
• Support transfer pricing audits and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Conduct economic analysis and functional analysis for transfer pricing matters.
• Work closely with partners and clients on high-stakes transfer pricing engagements.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in transfer pricing compliance, advisory, and litigation.
• Professional qualification such as CA, LL.B., or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and practices.

Salary/Stipend
