Details of the Job/Internship
BDO India LLP is hiring an Assistant Manager/Manager with experience of 4–7 years, and 7+ years for Manager roles, to join the BSO – Corporate Secretarial department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point for Mumbai-based clients.
- Support the team leader in execution of documents related to corporate and statutory laws.
- Draft and review documents under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and RBI compliances.
- Manage and guide a team of 5 to 7 members in client handling and compliance execution.
- Handle and resolve internal and external escalations.
- Track compliance status and share compliance calendars with clients.
- Keep clients informed about changes in applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide regular feedback to team members and support their professional development.
- Assess applicability of criteria-based compliances and discuss the same with clients.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary.
- LL.B. qualification preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience for Assistant Manager roles.
- 7+ years of experience for Manager roles.
- Consulting background with listed compliances preferred.
