Details of the Job/Internship
C. S. Kelkar & Associates is hiring a Manager with experience of 1 to 2 years to join the office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- The designation of the candidate shall be Manager handling compliance of 50+ clients. He will be monitoring and supervising the work of 2 to 3 trainees.
- Well-versed with all routine and event-based compliances under the Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act, 2008, FEMA, or rules notified there under.
- Well-versed in the filing of all e-Forms with the registrar of the companies under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Conducting a Secretarial audit and issuing certificates to any institutions/Authority after thorough diligence of the books and the applicability of the statute within the time stipulated by the law.
- Well-versed with RBI compliances with respect to FDI ie FCGPR, FCTRS, ECB, ODI, etc.
Eligibility
- 1-2 Years (excluding experience as a trainee).
- Should have cleared CS Professional Examination.
- Ability to guide trainees, and check their work.
- Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with Staff.
- Good communication skills – English, Hindi (written and oral).
- Good team player.
