Flipkart is hiring a Manager with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and objective investigations of alleged violations of the organization's code of ethics, policies, and procedures.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including documents, emails, and witness statements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the investigation process.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and Ethics departments to ensure fair and objective handling of investigations.
• Prepare written reports detailing the findings of each investigation.
• Ensure investigations comply with applicable laws and internal regulations.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in investigations.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant or LLB with 2–5 years of experience.
• CFE will be an added advantage.
• Must have worked in investigations or related roles.
• Hands-on with data analysis and fluent in report writing.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
