Details of the Job/Internship
Flipkart is hiring a Manager – Ethics Investigator with 2–5 years of experience to join their Ethics and Compliance team in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations of alleged code of conduct violations.
- Gather and evaluate evidence including documents, emails, and witness accounts.
- Maintain confidentiality throughout the investigation process.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Ethics teams to ensure fair investigation practices.
- Draft detailed investigation reports.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards in evidence handling.
- Stay updated on laws, regulations, and investigation best practices.
Eligibility
- LLB or Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in investigations or related roles.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis and strong report writing skills.
