Details of the Job/Internship

ideaForge is hiring a Manager – Legal with 7–12 years of experience to join their Navi Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of high-value agreements including technology, IP, and cross-border contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Drone Rules, DGCA regulations, export laws, and listed company requirements.
• Manage disputes, arbitrations, and litigation in coordination with external counsel.
• Advise senior leadership on regulatory, risk, and business-related matters.
• Oversee engagement with global counsel on international contracts and compliance.
• Conduct training and build internal compliance frameworks and policies.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognized institution (Company Secretary qualification preferred).
• 7–12 years of legal experience in manufacturing, tech, aerospace, or defense sectors.
• Strong background in contract negotiation, compliance, and corporate law.
