Details of the Job/Internship

Prudent ARC Limited is hiring a Manager / Sr. Manager - Legal with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and vet applications under Section 7 of the IBC against Borrowers and Guarantors.
• Manage the implementation of Resolution Plans and prepare Expressions of Interest (EOI) for CIRP and Liquidation.
• Represent the company before the NCLT and NCLAT and attend conferences for high-stake recovery cases.
• Draft and vet Agreements, MOUs, Assignment Agreements, and Offer Documents for NPA acquisitions.
• Prepare Sanction Letters for One-Time Settlements (OTS), deferred payments, and financial restructuring.
• Attend CoC meetings, file claims with Resolution Professionals, and prepare detailed committee and board notes.
• Advise the legal team on SARFAESI matters and identify cases for legal action.
• Maintain legal MIS and coordinate regularly with external advocates, RPs, and Liquidators.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (Regular) from a reputed institute; completion of PGIP (IICA) is highly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience within an ARC, Bank, or NBFC specifically handling stressed assets.
• In-depth knowledge of the IBC 2016, SARFAESI Act 2002, and allied financial laws.
• Strong legal drafting skills and the ability to negotiate with RPs, Liquidators, and the CoC.
• Proficiency in managing legal data (MIS) and preparing structured process notes.
