Details of the Job/Internship
Leadway is hiring a Manager/Assistant Manager – Legal and Risk Management with over 4 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.
- Develop and maintain agreement templates and standard operating procedures.
- Handle legal matters related to intellectual property, labor laws, and employment issues.
- Lead a legal team and coordinate with external lawyers on notices, petitions, and affidavits.
- Liaise with government authorities for inspections, summons, and compliance matters.
- Knowledge of the ICAI Code and the Chartered Accountants Act is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM qualification (CS or CA preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in legal and risk management.
- Strong leadership, legal drafting, and negotiation skills.
Salary/Stipend
