Details of the Job/Internship

CredAble is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager – Legal (Dispute Resolution) with over 4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ongoing litigation, claims, and disputes.
• Ensure timely and effective dispute resolution.
• Act as liaison with external counsel for legal disputes.
• Draft and review petitions, applications, and complaints related to IBC, NIA, arbitration, execution, and enforcement of security.
• Draft police complaints and related documents.

Eligibility

Minimum 4 years of legal experience in a financial services company (NBFC/ARC) or a law firm specializing in banking and finance litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
