Details of the Job/Internship

Medanta is hiring a Manager/Senior Manager – Legal (Contract) with 8–12 years of relevant experience to join their legal team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs, lease agreements, manpower agreements, service agreements, and MoUs.
• Assist in banking-related documentation such as sanction letters, loan agreements, and escrow arrangements.
• Handle legal matters related to software licensing, real estate, related-party transactions, employment, POSH, and CSR.
• Support transactional work including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, along with due diligence.
• Independently interact with senior management and internal/external clients to address legal requirements.

Eligibility

• LL.B./LL.M. from a reputed institution.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate law, company law, SEBI, and IPR.
• 2–3 years of experience in a law firm is preferred.
