Details of the Job/Internship

KRIA Law is hiring a Managing Associate – Commercial Contracts with 7–8 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, including IP & technology agreements and transactional agreements.
• Conduct client consultations and provide commercial law advisory and IP strategy.
• Handle general corporate advisory, governance, and compliance matters.
• Review and negotiate corporate transactional agreements such as Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, MoA, and AoA.

Eligibility

• Law professional with 7–8 years of PQE.
• Experience in commercial drafting at a reputed law firm or in-house team.
• Preference for candidates with expertise in Technology and IP agreements.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
