Details of the Job/Internship
Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is hiring a Managing Associate / Principal Associate with 7+ years of experience to join its Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation Practice at the Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work as part of the IPR litigation team on cases in Mumbai and other branch offices.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, legal notices, and related documents.
- Prosecute cases, brief counsels, and appear before courts and tribunals.
- Manage litigation processes and ensure timely filings.
- Travel across India as required for case-related work.
Eligibility
- LLB with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience in IP litigation at a Mumbai-based law firm.
- Experience handling trademark infringement, passing off, and copyright infringement cases before the Bombay High Court.
- Strong research, drafting, and litigation skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Team player, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
