Details of the Job/Internship

Bathiya Legal is hiring a Managing Associate with 5+ years of experience to lead the Dispute Resolution vertical at their Fort branch and Andheri head office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the dispute resolution vertical pan-India.
• Focus on commercial and insolvency litigation.
• Independently handle team management, legal strategy, drafting, and representation.
• Manage counsel briefings and legal filings.

Eligibility

• PQE: 5+ years.
• Experience in commercial and insolvency litigation.
• Preferred experience before High Court, NCLT, SAT, and RERA.
• Ability to independently lead a team.
• Proficient in strategy, drafting, filing, representation, and counsel briefings.

Salary/Stipend
