Details of the Job/Internship

Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is hiring a Managing Associate / Principal Associate with over 7 years of post-qualification experience to join their Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation Practice in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle IP litigation and dispute resolution matters as part of a collaborative team across offices.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prosecute cases, brief counsels, and appear before courts and tribunals.
• Draft legal notices and manage all ancillary IP litigation tasks.
• Travel across India as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course).
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in IP litigation at a Mumbai-based law firm.
• Experience in trademark infringement, passing off, and copyright infringement cases before the Bombay High Court.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and court appearance skills.
• Excellent academic credentials with fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend
