Details of the Job/Internship

Adab Singh Kapoor & Associates is hiring Matrimonial Lawyer with the experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Substantial experience in drafting, inter alia, SLPs, writ petitions, appeals, revision petitions, transfer petitions, complaints, evidence affidavits, civil suits, written statements/replies, replications/rejoinders, written submissions, admission/denial affidavits, and statements of claim among other pleadings.
• Legal research and familiarity with legal search engines such as, inter alia, Manupatra/SCC Online.
• Publications in legal journals on topics of family law.
• Due diligence and drafting/vetting of legal documents, contracts and agreements.

Eligibility

• 2 to 5 years of previous experience/practice in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi, in Family Law (including, Child Custody, Domestic Violence Complaints, petitions for divorce, maintenance) and civil laws.
