Sun TV Network Limited is hiring a Media & Entertainment Lawyer with 3–7 years of experience to join its legal team in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for content production, acquisition, licensing, and syndication.
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal aspects of television, digital, film, and media operations.
• Handling agreements with production houses, artists, talent, vendors, and agencies.
• Ensuring compliance with media, copyright, intellectual property, and broadcasting regulations.
• Managing legal risks and providing practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognised university.
• 3–7 years of relevant non-litigation experience.
• Prior experience in media, entertainment, broadcasting, or digital media is preferred.
• Strong understanding of copyright, IP, contract law, and media regulations.
