Saregama India Ltd., a RP Sanjiv Goenka Group company, is India's oldest music label, youngest film studio and a multi-langauge TV content producer.

In 1902, Saregama released India's first ever studio recorded song. In the years that followed, the company continued to expand its catalogue to become the largest in-perpetuity global owner of both sound recording and publishing copyrights of Indian music across 14 different languages. Steadily, the company expanded its portfolio to include intellectual property rights of over 4000 hours of TV content produced for channels in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Bengali. Details of the Job/Internship

Saregama India Ltd is hiring Media-Entertainment Lawyer with the experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Mumbai. They are looking for a passionate professional to join our legal team at Saregama India Ltd. focusing on films/series, television shows production and events business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support in drafting, negotiation and execution of agreements/MOUs and similar documents related to the production of movies/television serials/web- series/live events etc.
• Maintaining "Rights Management" related information/databases, other important MISes and related ancillary tasks.

Eligibility

• 2-3 years of experience with media houses or media law firms in a non-lit/transactional position.
• Experience in production related documentation would be preferred but not mandatory.
