Details of the Job/Internship
Atrangii is hiring a Media Lawyer with 3–7 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including production services, licenses, and acquisitions.
- Review and vet all forms of agreements and contracts.
- Advise the business team on legal and commercial issues related to IP rights and other contractual matters.
- Coordinate with clients and handle drafting and responding to legal notices and complaints.
- Manage ancillary non-litigation work and handle team management tasks.
Eligibility
- Law degree and valid license to practice.
- 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in media law (in-house or law firm).
- Strong knowledge of IP, contract, and media law.
- Experience with content producers, publishers, studios, or digital platforms.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle strict deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Candidates must be based in Mumbai and available for an in-person interview.
