Details of the Job/Internship

CeeQ is hiring Mediation Associate with the experience of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Understand and apply concepts of alternative dispute resolution and ODR.
• Manage assigned mediation cases and ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
• Facilitate communication between parties involved in the mediation.
• Coordinate with mediators, providing necessary support and information.
• Document case details, progress, and outcomes.
• Communicate and coordinate with the business development and in-house teams.
• Help users understand the Presolv360 platform, features, and processes.
• Troubleshoot and address user queries promptly, coordinating with relevant teams when necessary.
• Ensure high levels of user satisfaction and retention.

Eligibility

• 1 - 2 + years' experience, preferably in mediation.
• LLB / LLM graduate.
• Excellent drafting and written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in word processing software (like MS Word).
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Passion to work with people for the people.
