Details of the Job/Internship

The Legal Base is hiring a Mediation Brief Specialist-Canadian Law with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Online Mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Reviewing medical records and hospital records arranging the records into the files understanding and carry experience of drafting settlement proposals and mediation briefs after reviewing the records.
• Work on motor vehicle personal injury cases.

Eligibility

• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the industry preferably an LPO.
• Strong knowledge of Aberta (Canada ) laws strong drafting skills.
• Ability to pick up cases from the start.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills..
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to client service and a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
