Details of the Job/Internship
BLACKBULL AI is seeking experienced professionals to join its Board of Directors as strategic leaders and investor-partners.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for development and deployment of BLACKBULL AI.
- Contribute to building a LegalTech ecosystem across India.
- Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Assist in fundraising, investor relations, and partnership development.
- Guide execution of AI-driven legal intelligence systems.
- Strengthen regulatory positioning and legal architecture.
- Participate in board meetings, policy decisions, and expansion planning.
Eligibility
- Proven experience in corporate leadership, board roles, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong background in legal, finance, investment banking, or regulatory sectors.
- Experience in scaling startups or leading large projects.
- Understanding of AI, LegalTech, or compliance ecosystems (preferred).
- Strong networking and capital mobilization capability.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
