Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a Student Success Coach (Full Time) to join their remote team. The selected candidate will manage student relationships, ensure academic engagement, and support learner success through communication, coaching, and collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct 250–300 minutes of daily calls using Ozonetel and Calendly.
• Engage with students for check-ins, follow-ups, and session bookings.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and guide students through platform features.
• Set clear learning objectives and expectations.
• Perform weekly follow-ups to assess progress and well-being.
• Identify and address academic, emotional, or logistical gaps.
• Support student success in freelancing and design improvement plans.
• Address motivation, confidence, and time management concerns.
• Celebrate milestones and conduct productivity coaching.
• Implement early interventions to reduce dropouts and refunds.
• Handle student concerns and provide alternative learning pathways.
• Share insights with managers and academic teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and maintain documentation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in student-facing roles, counseling, or educational support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a student-first mindset.
• Comfortable using learning platforms and calling software.
• Empathetic listener with the ability to motivate and guide learners.
• Preferred: Experience in academic counseling.
• Exposure to behavioral coaching, NLP, or time management techniques is a plus.
• Fluency in English and one or more Indian regional languages.

Salary/Stipend
