Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring for the position of Mentor with 1-4 years of experience to join their office remotely. 

• Commitment: Full-Time | 6+ hours/day (Live sessions)

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 and group mentorship sessions focused on:
• Building and optimizing freelancing profiles on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and more
• Identifying niche skills and crafting standout profiles
• LinkedIn optimization, CV building, and personalized career strategy
• Provide end-to-end career guidance, from initial conversations to final placement support.
• Maintain ownership of each learner’s journey and track their progress toward defined goals.
• Host Zoom/Google Meet sessions for 6+ hours daily with learners; remaining hours will involve preparation, documentation, and coordination with other teams.
• Offer ongoing moral support and motivation to help learners stay focused and confident.

Eligibility

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of experience in:
  • Mentoring, teaching, coaching, or guiding students.
  • Career counseling, placement assistance, or customer handling.
  • Experience in the legal domain, career coaching, or law firm recruitment is a strong plus.
• Mandatory:
  • Knowledge and working experience with freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr.
  • Familiarity with career/placement guidance.
  • Comfortable and confident mentoring students via Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Good command of English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed with MS Excel, Google Docs, and general tech tools.
• Stable internet connection and a working laptop.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a bonus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
