ACCREDIAN is hiring a mergers and acuisition associate to join them in Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Course Delivery: Deliver live (or recorded) interactive classes, ensuring clear and engaging teaching methods.
- Industry Insights: Provide learners with up-to-date information on fintech trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor learners to ensure a deep understanding of fintech concepts and career readiness.
- Assessment & Feedback: Design and evaluate assessments, provide constructive feedback to students, and track their progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content, ensuring it reflects the latest trends and best practices in fintech.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fintech roles such as digital payments, blockchain, regtech, lending, wealthtech, or insurtech.
- Prior teaching or training experience in fintech or related fields is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of fintech sectors like blockchain, AI in finance, cryptocurrencies, digital payments, regtech, or other emerging financial technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex fintech concepts for learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in virtual classroom tools (e.g., Zoom) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Passionate about mentoring and nurturing students' growth in the fintech sector.
