Pant & Co is inviting law students to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and assist in due diligence for ongoing projects.
• Support investment evaluations and preparation of financial reports.
• Gather, review, and analyze market and company data to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute insights during discussions and presentations.

Eligibility

• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Familiarity with due diligence, accounting practices, and investment evaluation.
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of mergers and acquisitions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).
