This role is pivotal in advising clients on complex M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic legal counsel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate law, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing high-stakes deals.

Begur & Partners is hiring a Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer with experience of 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and execution of agreements.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations, providing clients with guidance on regulatory issues.
- Advise clients on structuring, financing, and implementing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate reorganizations.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions of deals to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Work closely with other practice groups within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions that address all facets of M&A transactions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- An advanced degree in Law (LLM) or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A within a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate law and M&A transactions.
- Proven experience in managing complex deals and high-value transactions.
