Details of the Job/Internship

Teamified is hiring a Mid-Level Paralegal with experience of 3+ years to join their remote legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Liaise with clients, courts, and external parties to coordinate meetings and gather information.
• Assist in preparing briefs for counsel and court submissions.
• Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely filings and responses.
• Utilize legal software for document management and time tracking.
• Support solicitors in trial preparation and administrative tasks as needed.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a legal environment.
• Completion of a Certificate or Diploma in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Law degree – good to have but not required.
• Immigration (into AU) background (visa processing).

Salary/Stipend
