eJAmerica is hiring for the position of Mobile Contracting Manager to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Contract Strategy & Management
- Lead the full lifecycle of mobile service and infrastructure contracts across Europe.
- Design and implement regional contracting strategies in line with business goals.
- Ensure all contracts adhere to applicable legal, regulatory, and operational standards.
2. Negotiation & Vendor Management
- Negotiate terms and pricing with MNOs, MVNOs, and infrastructure/service partners.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and service excellence.
- Conduct periodic reviews and lead renegotiations to optimize commercial terms.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with legal, finance, procurement, and technical teams to ensure contract alignment with operational requirements.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all contract-related matters across European business units.
4. Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance
- Identify contractual risks and implement strategies for mitigation.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, telecommunications regulations, and local laws in each jurisdiction.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and reporting systems.
5. Financial Oversight
- Track contract-related budgets and monitor cost-saving initiatives.
- Support financial forecasting and planning linked to mobile network and service expenditures.
6. Leadership & Development
- Mentor and develop junior contracting professionals within the team.
- Lead cross-border contracting initiatives and drive the adoption of best-in-class practices.
