Details of the Job/Internship

Elevate is hiring an NDA & Contract Specialist with 5+ years of experience to join their commercial contracting team remotely in India for a 6-month engagement starting in early January 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

Review NDAs on client templates and third-party formats.
Apply playbook guidelines, identify deviations, and provide clean or redlined versions with comments.
Use redlining tools as implemented.
Validate order documents against client instructions.
Flag inconsistencies and prepare documents for signature.
Manage semi-manual workflows and ensure smooth progression of documents.
Follow playbook rules and contracting requirements.
Assist in refining standards and optimising processes.

Eligibility

5+ years of experience in commercial contracts, procurement, or NDA work.
Strong understanding of advanced redlining and contract review.
Solid background in legal operations or managed services.
Proven ability to apply contract playbooks accurately.
Experience managing high-volume contracting workflows.
Familiarity with CLM or workflow tools.
