Details of the Job/Internship
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Senior Specialist – Legal with experience of 2+ years to join their legal operations team in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide advice on confidentiality and NDA coverage.
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate NDAs based on playbooks.
- Route NDAs for execution and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and update the Contract Lifecycle Management system.
- Perform reporting, analysis, and administrative post-execution tasks.
- Identify process improvements within contract administration.
- Support broader legal team projects when required.
- Comply with environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or legal operations professional.
- Experience with NDAs and contract drafting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CLM systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
