Xfinite is hiring a Non-Litigation Lawyer with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Andheri (West), Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Handle specialized contracts related to content licensing, production, and distribution.
• Manage legal documentation for organizational partnerships.
• Provide legal support regarding regulatory and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to conduct legal risk assessments.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with industry-specific legal standards.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in non-litigation, corporate, or commercial contracts.
• Prior exposure to media, entertainment, technology, or content licensing agreements is preferred.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills.
