Details of the Job/Internship
DMart - Avenue Supermarts Ltd. is hiring a Non-Litigation Lead - North Region with a minimum of 14 years of experience to be based at their Head Office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct property due diligence and manage end-to-end documentation for property acquisitions.
- Apply structured problem-solving skills to create organizational value.
- Lead the due diligence of lands and structure acquisitions.
- Implement best-in-class systems and processes to enhance team performance.
- Guide and direct a team of executives to deliver timely and high-quality support across divisions.
- Vet documents including Agreement for Sale, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, Deeds, Mortgage documents, Power of Attorney, and other property acquisition documents.
- Interact with law firms, advocates, solicitors, business development teams, and developers.
Eligibility
- LLB degree.
- Minimum 14 years of practice in a Real Estate Company or Retail sector.
- Experience in property laws, revenue proceedings, and title search.
