Details of the Job/Internship

Godrej Properties Limited is hiring for a Legal – Non Litigation Role with 7+ years of experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft a variety of legal documents such as joint development agreements, sale deeds, lease deeds, and powers of attorney.
• Conduct detailed title due diligence and risk identification for land.
• Assist in negotiations with JV partners and advise on deal structure.
• Draft customer agreements including allotment letters and possession letters.
• Provide legal support for stamp duty, registration, and housing loan documentation.
• Offer timely legal advice to internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal processes.
• Maintain a legal knowledge repository related to real estate.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Pursue self-development through training and ongoing education.

Eligibility

• LLB (Bachelor of Law).
• 7+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in a law firm or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of Maharashtra land laws, RERA regulations, and non-litigation real estate matters.
• Proficiency in contract drafting, legal advisory, and documentation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
